[Extreme Plus] Rogers SMCD3GN-RRR New MSO Admin Login

Hello,

Seems Rogers has forced a firmware update on many of our router/modem units. The MSO admin password which previously worked on my SMCD3GN-RRR with firmware v1.4.0.39-RRR was L: rogcesadmin P:wra8uje.
Sometime around December 8 2011 best I can tell from the surfing i've done, Rogers pushed new update. My modem/router is now currently firmware v1.4.0.44-DNS-RRR and of course the above rogcesadmin password no longer works.

I have found new password which has worked for me.
L: rogcesadmin
P: nas00Rn7TU

man oh man does this kind of crap makes my blood boil.

thank you for posting this, and holy back door security hole.

Is there any way to properly read the .cfg files and or list all the users who currently have access to your SMCD3GN router?

I'm going to close this hole immediately. I will handle my own router updates thank you very much Rogers sleeping next to me and I don't even know it.
