[HD] Pixelation on STB and DTA drop out

Any Ideas on the known issue in the Rockford IL area. Many HD channels are get just a few seconds sound, video is slightly better with freezes and pixelation. DTA's are dropping channels completely it seems.

I logged into my comcast account it says there are known technical issues.

At this time I am just curious, Internet seems unaffected.

I'm having the Exact Same type of Problem on All My TV's.
I live in Loves Park, not Rockford, but it's close enough.

While There isn't Any HD Boxes in My House, only certain channels seem to be effected.

Tried to watch South Park on Comedy Central. Picture would Randomly get Pixelated, Sound would cut out for 5 - 30 seconds at a time.
Also happened when I was Watching True Lies on Encore.
While it didn't have as much sound problems like on CC, it still had Pixelation.

Local Channels like NBC, Fox, etc. seem to not be effected.
There are many other Cable channels that get Pixelation / Audio Problems, but I'm not gonna list EVERY One.

So your not Alone. The TV's are having problems on many stations at my house also.

Sounds like a truck roll is going to be an necessary evil. There are a number of issues that can cause issues with digital cable from ingress, faulty wiring and worst case scenario (and dangerous as well) electrical back feeds (where the electronics use the cable line as a ground). I had that happen to me when I lived in an older (built 1949) house that had an ungrounded electrical system. That can be dangerous and expensive as it is a shock hazard and can blow the cable box (which means you'll be paying to replace it). I was told that by the tech at my former residence.

All of my CPE (including my EMTA) is customer owned. The only Comcast owned equipment in my house is the CableCards in the two TiVO boxes I own.
