EveryNamePremium join:2001-12-05 Montreal kudos:1 | Siri oddity. Saying 'period' doesn't work. So I know how to use punctuation when dictating, and everything works, except for 'period'. I have read all the guides, and even left a 5 second pause between the end of the sentence and saying 'period', along with all sorts of other gaps between the end of the sentence and saying 'period'.
Every single time it just writes 'period'. All other punctuation works, and is pretty accurate.
Anyone else experiencing this? Have you found a fix? |

 | reply to EveryName If it's somehow set on UK English ( sic) try saying "full stop", cos that's what a period is, in English, the other kind is often a messy, high-strung, fraught with danger time of the month for us blokes on here................ |

EveryNamePremium join:2001-12-05 Montreal kudos:1 | reply to HiVolt I wonder if it's just my phone, but I can NEVER get period to output '.' I don't mind though, I'd rather have use of 'period' as a word, rather than 'full stop' as a word. |
