| [DVR] Anyone with a 7232 move recently? I picked up 3 7232's, 1 for free off a truck roll and 2 after paying the upgrade fee.
My wife and I are looking at new houses and I just ran an address through the moving tool and it tells me I have to return the boxes even though I am in the same service area(heck the home is less than 1 mile away)
"Although there is not an Early Termination Fee for moving, existing equipment must be returned to avoid additional charges or stop monthly billing. Easy to use return mailers for FiOS equipment are part of your online order."
Obviously if I did buy a new house and had to return the boxes, I would probably get shafted on my new boxes and don't want to have to pay to upgrade again.
Has anyone been through this? Did you get to keep your boxes? |
