I've used this provider for a very long time... Take my advice, GO xDSL!!!
Suddenlink proxy's your requests, redirects requests, snoops your emails, and the list goes on... Now, they want more $$?? REALLY?
I've bought xDsl, ISDN, dial-up & cable... over the past 16 years.. Never have I had the piss-poor quality of service, both technically & physically than this shotty company has turned into! GARBAGE!
suddenlink took over my area last year. my rate went down $5 and the speed went up from 8mb to 10mb. i don't like the 250gb cap which i frequently go over, but caps are par for the course anymore. other than the cap i've had no problems. i haven't seen any redirects going on. but i don't use opendns. what do you mean by snooping emails? do you have proof?
