Dry Ridge, KY | July 1st? I thought they would close the deal sooner than that. I just upgraded to a Motorola DXC3400 PVR so the equipment is not that old. |

| There issuing old cable modems that have been around for 10 years the RCA by Thomson, only until 2 yrs ago could you get the newer moto boxes, as they were still issuing the 6412's, however they have not upgraded their standard digital cable boxes since rolling out digital cable. |
