| OOL Just died? Everything was working fine until about 20 minutes ago when everything just died off.

What would cause a catastrophic failure like this?? |

| Modem probably just got a notice to resync or someone could have crashed into the pole down the road somewhere and knocked out the line. Plenty of reasons for this stuff to go out when it does  |

If SNR and receive power were normal, a reboot would generally fix it, but you'll likely be trying to boot up for 5+ mins, and no guarantees on locking back up any time soon. Has it either returned to normal, or have you contacted CV? |

| Yes, it did start working again. Seems to be the new thing, every day around 11 AM it just conks out for anywhere from 5 minutes to a couple of hours.
Not sure what that is all about? |

| For a repeated issue like that, I'd definitely contact CV. You can go to the direct forum or contact CV on the phone/chat, and they can investigate for known outages, or check for any issues. |
