 | You know I've been suspicious about the same thing, I'm no longer seeing any updates in my task manager but I just get them directly from the microsoft update website and then the update goes through easily. |

 | The updates I see failing are from the Windows Update option in control panel. When the windows update program looks for new updates, it fails with either error 8024402F or error 80070103. Switching ISP's results in successful checks/updates. |
