Ok, I'm far from the first to defend Teksavvy, and I think they've definitely got some areas to improve on, but this is really going too far....

Some folks here are very quick to forget that TSI announced a major price CUT to the 25/7 DSL tier just a few days back, and this unbundling of fees might well have been part of their plan all along - just fergot to tell us.

But true, to say so sooner would have helped.

Marc is a great guy, and we loved it when he went on TV, but man oh man him and his team are driving things to the ground for sure.

Where is Rocky?

Ok, I'm far from the first to defend Teksavvy, and I think they've definitely got some areas to improve on, but this is really going too far. They don't have any control over the fees that they are forced to charge, so blaming them is pointless. Where they have fallen down is in notification. Had we known about these charges when they sent out the price change notification, people could have planned accordingly.

It's the same with their blog, nice idea, but there hasn't been an update this year (unless they did one today). Keep customers informed should have a higher priority than it seems to have.

I think the dragging TSi through the dirt is going some what too far but at the same time we pay money for the service, it's not exactly given to us.

I think a lot of people have shown loyalty and TSI in the last 3 years i've seen price increase after price increase along with poorer service and bad billing practice.

Growing pains was the original go to line. I know TSI has to do what they have to do but i hope the care enough to notice the shift in loyalties they've lost.

Time for change is right. Guess we're seeing it. And for god sake TSI setup a new web site

Bellsavvy love it...

Yep Marc in a few short months managed to turn a good company into a Mini Bell.

Shouldn't be too long now, you'll be getting "Dave" in Mumbai.

How do you explain that other IISPs don't have the charges that we're being charged then?

Yikes...An ISP web site that looks like it was built with a cheap sitebuilder lol. They seriously let that represent them?

And people were upset at the $2 increase a year or so ago lol... can't help but laugh at that

But that was to help roll out co-lo, and to fight for customer rights at the CRTC.

I think teksavvy, started to enjoy the reputation it was getting, and expanded way too fast.

They were a "good" company when they had a sustainable client base, but now they have a lot of customers.

Also, Only they know why they decide to go with Cable, which has been nothing but more headaches for them.

Every time i log on dslreports.com i see nothing but complaints about cable and their crappy speeds , or stop sale, or a PIO or whatever needs upgrading.

What was cool of them per say...... which seems to have DIED down completely and they had one thing on most companies.

Was their involvement on Dslreports and their customers. Now? well... we all know what has happend.
