 | Att service problem redback line ip block We have had internet issues for two weeks now, just accessing secure websites. All other internet service works fine. AT&T told us that because we have a block of IPs and are on a particular redback router, we are having this problem. Many other customers are experiencing same thing, same ingredients. Just in Chesterfield and St Charles MO. When we call to inquire about the progress of resolution, many frustating calls, AT&T reps say there is no AT&T issue, it is us. The techs on site have told us it is AT&T issue, not us and we need to wait for a resolution. To call and get an update on the issue is impossible because apparently there is none, and we are insane. Has anyone else been through this run around? Is there any other resolution? Thanks for feedback, b. |
