Editing Firefox Dictionary

I accidentally added a word that I commonly misspell to Firefox's dictionary due to typing too quickly (speakign) , and now I'm looking for a way to go in and delete that word. All the info I have pulled up from Google searches have instructed me to find a persidict.dat file in the /Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles but I have now idea how to go about finding those folders on OS X Lion. I don't even see that Library folder when I go into my home folder. I tried doing a search for the file I need but nothing is popping up.

Help!

In Lion, the ~/Library folder is hidden by default. There are numerous ways to access it. Try the first method in the following:
