[Southwest] Router reset to default

Hey so this might sound kind of strange but my actiontec router randomly rebooted this morning around 915am pst and when it came back up it was set to default settings.

Wondering if anyone else had this happen to them.
I am in socal

Do you know if the firmware number on your router changed by any chance? The firmware upgrades can sometimes cause this.

First thing i thought of as well, however i do not remember what it was. It now reads 20.19.8, this is a rev. F

Edit:
I also have auto update firmware turned off, not sure if that really stops the firmware or not.
