| [HD] cable box dcx3400-M My elderly mother pushed some button on her remote and we now are getting a flashing diagonal indicator between the channel indicators and the four "select" buttons. Can anyone tell me what is going on? We are not able to access the dvr aspect or the recorded TV shows already recorded.

Collegeville, PA | Should be able to unplug the DVR from the AC power and replug it back in and all should be back to normal in a few minutes. |

| unplugged it for 10 minutes with no change. Still getting the flashing signal that looks like two small diagonal shapes. When DVR button is pushed we get a DVR unavailable.... alert. It had been working fine for past six months. |
