Nashville, TN | [PBX] Voip phone system recommendation Hey,
I am interested in opening a call center with around 10 employees
(10 Concurrent calls).
I like to have a phone system with nice HUD -like fonality HUD.
important features:
see who's on the phone real-time/Queue display realtime
music on hold.
phone call recording & on demand recording.
Parking.
what kind of phone system you recommend me that could have a nice HUD and flexibility like fonality HUD(just saw their video on YouTube).
and most importantly user friendly
Also, I have Comcast business internet around mb d/l mb u/l,
is that good enough? |

| Any old Asterisk distro will do the trick: PBX in a Flash, Elastix, Trixbox, or even the official FreePBX Distro. You can use FOP or FOP2 to get the "HUD" you describe. |

Nice feature on the 8x8 but did costs like $5 from them,so its too expensive when i buy alot.
btw the saleman was rude. |
