Your profile rate is set to 13M, so you shouldn't have any service issues. It is odd that your on that profile with a 3800. Did they mail you that RG as a self install? At that attenuation and distance from VRAD, you could have a more bits representing in the 6 to 8 MHz range, and a higher profile, but something fishy is going on that has your profile set really low, either you did a self install or ATT is trying to compensate for a poor copper plant in your hood.
reply to bobbycito I looked at your bitloading and thought you'd grabbed the image from my 3600. I am about 1000 ft from the VRAD but the copper is in bad shape. The aerial 50-pair was waterlogged so they gave me a separate drop wire from the UG terminal to my UG drop. It's more stable now but worse than the old cable was under ideal conditions (dry weather, dry cable).
reply to Forosnai it was for a friend who is on a self install they have internet only no tv or fun just got it back online for them last night will see ho it works the next few days and if it remains stable.
