 | [Internet] Thank You Frontier After over a month of major latency issues in Bothell, WA I just called Frontier to inform them that I was having problems this morning getting to etrade.com and ebay.com. To my surprise, I did not have to go through the dumb customer questions and having to reboot my router or ONT, but was given the email address of the tech who asked me to send him my traceroutes and that he would write a ticket and get the problem fixed.
Folks, this is all you can ask for as a customer. I have been very critical of Frontier in the past, so I thought I should say thanks and well done when I get a professional who understands what I am telling them and responds accordingly. Thank you tech: Milton Santiago. I wish Frontier had many more of you...
