To put things on your action bar you open your spell book, P by default, then drag and drop to where you want them.
What you use depends on what spec you're using.

Subetly spec for PvP. Shadowstep Garrote casters, Shadowstep Kidney Shot everything else then Hemorraghe twice, Gouge, backstab backstab, Eviscerate.

pick and choose your battles, stay stealthed as long as possible, pop out, kill, restealth.
PVP is unbalanced at low levels : /
use dual daggers, with 15 agi enchants on them : D

By Op's post, I would assume he's new and therefor doesn't have the 400+ g each for two of those +15 agi enchants as well as having he BoA daggers...

Alternatively, You can reroll a mage. Hit level 10 and spec Arcane and by the time you level to 85 you would have played enough time to sufficiently develop carpal tunnel syndrome from repetitive motion of the two fingers required to play the spec. |

Unless you plan on staying in the lvl 29 bracket, you will level into some really great PVP gear. At lvl 60, you can get a full set of purple weapons and almost all purple armor. After that, pvp will consist of 2-shots for the next 10 lvls or so.
Just google Leveling subtlety and you will find the info you need. |

You should be spec'd into Subltety.
While stealthed and in Shadow Dance you will see the Steathed action bar.
While un-stealthed you will see the Un-stealthed action bar.
The action bar above the standard action bar "Upper left" should be keybound to keys you can easily press.
At your current level you are pretty much capped to these abilities.
Right now open with an Sap/Ambush. Once you get to higher levels you should start with a garrote on mages and a Cheap Shot on the hunter. A mage can blink out of the stun, the hunter can not. Shadow Step should be used to close the gap between the Mages and Hunters once they get away, but they have the upper hand at lower levels because you have to be on top of them to dps them.
Paladins... sorry man. They hit hard, and can heal themselves pretty well.
