thanks, but I just returned the modem (I always kept yours for backup & mine cus my company paid for it) and paid my termination fee today. There's no reason to believe anything will change, what with the 1 star reviews, 7 months of headaches, and my personal attempts to speak to any manager resulting in speaking to somebody with as much emotion as Kristen Stewart who said simply "I heard you wanted to speak to a manager." Not "I apologize, I heard the issue, what did you wish to speak about?" or anything professional, just waited for me to speak so he could say "there's nothing in your case to suggest special service." I didnt want special service, I just wanted ANY service.

I'm out, thanks for following up, though. Final irony: all of these reviews were typed/uploaded on my 4G phone which, like my neighbors non-Mediacom connections, has never gone down.
