| Fibe 25 service slowed down to Fibe 12 speeds...any help? My Fibe 25 service was activated a couple days ago and its been running great since day one. However, I noticed a huge reduction in speed today. I ran a bunch of speedtests (while not using the internet at all) and the speeds are coming down to 12Mb download and about 0.5Mb upload. What could be the reason?
They installed the Sagemcom modem/router
For the past few days, I've been getting about 25.2Mb download and 5.4Mb upload speeds. |

I called bell, they said all the lines running to my house were OK and that hey would run further tests and call me back in 10 minutes. It's been ~2 hours.... |

Rebooted modem? Are you using wireless, wire or both? You sure nothing else is downloading in the background? |
