Need mx records for dslextreme hosted exchange account
I have a hosted exchange account with dslextreme and I use the blackberry enterprise service also. The domain is hosted elsewhere and godaddy.com is the registrar. Life is good, until this afternoon.
I moved hosts to another provider and now my email no longer works. I then remebered that initally I needed dslextreme's mx record entries placed at my web host to tell all the email not to go to the web hsot but to go over to dslextreme.
I called dslextreme and they have no idea what I am talking about. They said they have no record of my account and haven't done exchange hosting in years? This is coming from a senior tech too!
Is there a dslextreme rep here whom can tell me what mx records I shoult use to access my email? I access my email through a web browser at:
Yeah, we don't do Exchange hosting anymore. Exchange hosting (DNAmail) was transferred over to SherWeb: »dnamail.com/Support/Contact.aspx···=support Notices were sent out to everyone affected, but we tried to make the transition as smooth and painless as possible; thus, I'm not surprised that everything's been working without a hitch.
If you give them a call at 1-888-567-6610 x7600, they should be able to help you out with that now.
