Getting billing errors corrected?

For the last three billing cycles, Verizon has charged me for the wrong number of Multiroom DVRs. My first complaint to their CSR in November resulted in a credit on my Jan bill but the added multiroom dvr remained on my bill. Complained again in Jan but the problem remains and there was NO credit in the new Feb bill. Was on the phone last night with CSR for 60 minutes, of which I only could speak with someone for a total of 21 minutes. Asked to speak with a supervisor and after a ten minute hold got a voice mail box. Was finally able to get CSR to log a trouble ticket when I called back AGAIN, but still have not received the supervisor call back. Any advice on how I can make some progress???

Try sending a DM to @VerizonSupport on Twitter. They immediately escalated a billing issue and I was contacted via phone by Verizon in a couple of hours. The credit showed up before the next bill and it was fixed after that.

I don't use Twitter, but by DM do you mean email? And what would their email address be? I'm still a novice user!
Thx for your reply.

DM would be a direct message on Twitter. No email account. Same people on Twitter work on the Direct Forum here, you could give that a shot, just won't get as quick of a response.

Thanks kes601. I just received a voice message from a "president" (really!!) requesting I email him (T.Smith@verizon.com). Why am I skeptical? But, I have an email address so I will try.
Maybe I should look into Twitter. Old dogs (me) can learn new tricks they say!

If one can really get billing errors corrected with Twitter, maybe I should consider getting it. I've had a truly absurd error for months, and no one seems to know how it occurred, so they don't know how to fix it! The last time I tried Verizon Support here, I was told that they don't work with billing errors, just technical difficulties.

Ya, the Twitter people didn't actually fix it, but they escalated it beyond the first level of support.
