This has worked in the past although the last time I needed to use the link was about 8 weeks ago. This link came in an e-mail notifying me that a new statement was ready so I would expect the link to be valid and it is the same as I have used before.
Try entering just the ip address without the https When I enter 144.142.128.50 I get the page below and it has a manage account link which may have the login link you need
