Hi,

First, turn your box off. Unplug it for one minute, plug it back in, and allow it to reboot. If audio is still lost on that channel, I would open up a support ticket at TWC's Direct to Tech forum. Read the helpful hints for posting. That will put you in one-on-one secure communication with a tech

Mention that you have already done a cold reboot.

Is this television connected directly to the cable outlet? If so, I would rescan the channels.

I think he is talking about without the box.

after emailing cbs, the problem has been fixed. easier than adding a tube tv to landfill and spending a coiple of hundred on a tv that gets 40 hours of use per year. shoild I or other viewers buy new sets because time warner doesn't do checks of what is going out on their system?

It's really amazing what a cable company can do when contacted by the local station
