First, turn your box off. Unplug it for one minute, plug it back in, and allow it to reboot. If audio is still lost on that channel, I would open up a support ticket at TWC's Direct to Tech forum. Read the helpful hints for posting. That will put you in one-on-one secure communication with a tech

I have no sound on 1 of 30 analog cha nels. and no audil is not on sap or anything like that. |
