| [DTA] Great service Recently my youngest son (10) purchased a new HDTV with money he saved from xmas, ect. It replaced an old crt tv he had. Its connected to a DTA and his xbox. (I know, its not HD) When I connected his new tv up, it was not picking up any of the basic DTA channels. I tried everything including calling Comcast and couldn't figure it out. It worked fine on the old tv. So i scheduled a truck roll. The tech arrived within the two hour window and proceeded to methodically isolate the problem. He assured me it would be fixed when he left. As it turned out, a splitter in the attic had an input and output that had been reversed by a prior subcontractor for Comcast. The tech replaced and reworked several connections including bringing my phone modem into spec range (It always worked fine, he just checked it on his own). I just want to say I was thoroughly impressed by his knowledge, standards, and customer service skills.
