After the recent rains in Houston, my parents have noticed that their U-Verse voice line now has a very noticeable buzz. I am currently visiting and decided to try pluging a phone directly into the RG to see if it was something in the house and the buzz is still noticeable. U-Verse TV and Internet are working just fine. Any ideas on what may be causing this? I would post U-Verse real time stats, but that is not made for Mac.
You could try a power cycle, then factory reset of the rg, but more than likely they are going to need a replacement RG or a tech. Might as well do the troubleshoot and resolve app on the TV help menu, www.ufix.ATT.com or call tech support.

reply to Forosnai Tried power cycling and resetting. Still has buzz. The app could not find any issues. Been sitting on hold waiting for tech support thru my cell phone for 16 min now lol.
