| high latency on cr81.dtrmi.ip.att.net my isp is based in saginaw, michigan. since early january, i have been getting high latency starting at the 5th hop - cr81.dtrmi.ip.att.net - between 7 and 11 pm. before or after these hours the latency to this hop is around 25-30ms, but when this happens it's 100-160ms.
basically this causes any traffic out of state to get an extra 100ms added to it
i'd like to know who i should forward this information to, since i don't know if at&t is carrying the bandwidth for my isp or if it's out of their hands.
