I've noticed my SSD space seems a bit low, so I went in to clean it up via OverDisk and see that it's reporting a ton of redundancy in the My Music folder... When I right click on My Music and go to properties, it's only saying 1.38GB is taken up. As I go up the "ladder" in the image above, it keeps cycling between Documents/My Music with the space occupied decreasing each time. Which do I believe, OverDisk or what Windows is telling me? -- Intel X3350 Quad@3.6GHZ Abit IP35 Pro 4096MB of Gskill 320GB+500GB SATA nVidia 8800GTS 512MB OC |

(TRIM, and Garbage Collection may be responsibe for a lot of why you're seeing this as well.) -- Come fold for a cure with us @ Team Helix.

| reply to ice Is the software aware of file system features such as junctions etc?
Any program that believes that a file can only be reached by one path is doomed to confusion.
A case in point is that 'My Music' simultaneously is and is not inside 'My Documents'. |
