I recently switched from bell DSL to Nexicom after performing some speed tests. I had my laptop at a friends house who was on nexicom, and was getting results in the 15Mbps range. Those tests on my bell were averaging 3.5-4Mbps. After the hassle of getting the nexicom installed and running (not totally their fault), my speeds haven't broken 2.45Mbps... Now I can't get ahold of any tech support (sat on hold for 1.5hr+ with no response), and I'm getting really close to going back to bell. I refuse to pay for internet that i cant even watch a netflix movie on without it chopping like hell. Hopefully someone here can resolve it, because your telephone support isn't helping at all. I've seen a lot of replies asking for location, I'm in the north part of Lindsay, near orchard park and angeline.
