Problem in Jefferson, GA?

I've got an ongoing issue with the same problem during any prime time or peak usage on the system. They figured out what it is, but haven't given a better repair date than sometime in Feb.

Don't know if WS has looked into this or not, but speeds here have returned to their usual/normal levels.

FWIW, I've never experienced serious latency issues or problems during peak demand times; consequently, when I see any significant changes in speed, I send a PM to WS, and add a post here to see if others in the area are having similar issues. Looks like my weekend problems were either a fluke, or were fixed by WS. Either way, We're back to being happy campers!

Glad to hear you're back up and running. I'm still running abysmally during peak hours.

Just to bring final closure to this: Right after we experienced the drastic drop in speed I sent a PM to the WS Techs who monitor this forum and they arranged to send a tech to my house. I was headed out of town so WS arranged to send the tech here last week. The tech arrived as scheduled, checked things out and pronounced things...good to go!

Thanks to WS for having my issue checked, AND for sending the same tech who has always responded when there were potential issues: he is terrific and deserves Kudos for what he does.
