New England didn't perform at full tilt. Oh well, congrats Giants.

Made wings at my sisters (they don't like football but knew I wanted to see the game so I helped cook and had a decent time. I was expecting to watch the game on my phone, so it was nice.

I cut the wings and cooked em, she made the sauce. Really good!

We used Frank's Cayenne sauce, Pickapeppa sauce, honey, dried mustard, garlic, and brown sugar and cooked it down. She also put ginger in there but I don't think I would use that.

I allowed myself the blue cheese but I'll be sick tomorrow because of my allergy to dairy.

We also got out BIL's telescope and looked at Jupiter. Couldn't see the rings or eye, too small, but I could see faint color and 3 moons. First time I've ever looked at a planet other than venus through a telescope.

Geeeee-Men!

Grew up in CT, but I am old enough that the only "local" NFL team was the NY Giants (I am a life-long Red Sox fan)...although I like the Patriots, first loyalties are lasting ones. My brothers, wife and I all congregated at mom's house (always a good excuse for a visit, had extravagent amounts of "T.V. sports food" (pizza, wings, etc.)...even had a NY Giants cap perched on dad's urn (no, we were not disrespectful, he would have liked it).

Fun evening, great game, got home waaaay too late...

I enjoyed that game. In my opinion, it was one of the best Superbowls ever.
