CIK Internet same issues as Bell retail?

I'm using CIK telecom internet, a wholesaler that uses Bell's lines and I seem to be having a lot of issues with connecting to peers while torrenting.

Anyone use this company and know how best to configure utorrent client so I can connect to peers?

At the moment, Bell still throttle peer to peer between 16:30 and 02:00 every day. So you won't get fast downloads. Some ISPs provide workarounds such as MLPPP and VPN services.

Starting march 1, Bell is supposed to remove the throttling.
