[speed/latency] help or tell me why I should stay customer!
lost connect for 7 days over Chrismas week... 7 hrs with India (((((((( no help there and little help stateside 2 local techs..last one called on her OWN Blackberry to insider to fix worked but since then half to one third dl speed..upload ok this is just stupid and I'm about gone no problem ever on my end!!!!!!!!!! help? or is this just another waste of my time that I am about done with? and I WONT EVER BE BACK with VERIZON when I go EVER I vote with my feet my WALLET and my VOICE
recently left a review all you lurkers should read it I was more than fair My apologies to those that really try Verizon is failing bad they just lost a 30 yr landline and NOT because Cell was cheaper or more convenient this is truly a bad event
