Re: Question regarding random shutdowns It's not going to be a BIOS problem or any hardware problem. You're wasting your time with that.
Try a modern browser. Uninstall Flash and reinstall from the Adobe web site. What type of internet connection and speed do you have? Not likely the issue either.
Now I forgot how much ram you have. |

1 edit | reply to aryarborough I have currently changed to Chrome as one of the options recommended, with no issues so far. As far as RAM I have 6 GBs and I have COX Cable HSI for internet, not sure the exact advertised speed, but I never suffer any internet "lag" issues in games of any sort or general internet browsing. I will try the uninstall and reinstall of Flash for safe measure. Thank you guys! On a side note, assuming this works out, I am new to Chrome is there any "must have" add-ons or tweaks? |

 | Chrome use their own version of adobe flash. It may or may not be up to date. But some site slowly starting to support html5 which chrome support. The addons is up to you. |

 | reply to aryarborough Okay well, with Chrome and uninstalling and reinstalling Flash the problem occured again on a "Yahoo" News video... I currently have the Catalyst Control Center option "Enable acceleration" turned off. As recommended previously. I have yet to update BIOS. I am at a loss... Thank you for the continued help. |
