Has anyone called AT&T up yet? There will always be a top 5%, and the fact that the cut off is below the top tier, I can only assume that as more of us "power" users are effected the cut off will get lower and lower. I know the logic being tossed around in this discussion will only fall on deaf (or unable to make change) ears if I call in.... so will I at least get my cap taken off, money off my bill if I bitch?
