I'm guessing you asked about the "stimulus plan" If yes, their answer was because there's apparently another broadband provider within 3-5 miles, and that disqualifies you from the Obama rate.
reply to psngamer1980 We in Mississippi do not qualify for the Recovery Act plans. I don't know what that rep meant by that. Also Exede plans don't launch here until March.
