Did this go into effect already? If so, I have not noticed it. My last bill said I used 3.9GB and I never received any notification. Yes, my data usage has spiked in January.
that was because I bought the iPhone 4s in December. When I had the 3Gs, the data connection was so slow I hardly ever used the 3G service. When I got the 4s, speed increased dramatically. So now, I use the 3G service more.
