| [Rant] On-Screen Guide Missing Information I wish there was a local number where one could call and let the local office know that the guide is incomplete.
Although I'm glad that Mercer County, NJ recently received a new batch of HD channels especially the ones numbered greater than 999, channel 1218 (News12) does not have the guide info. Also, about 3 other channels have no guide info (and haven't for years). If I call the regular comcast line, they either want to "send a signal to my box" or "send out someone". I cannot seem to make it clear that it is just the guide and that it can be fixed on their end.
I realize that there are much bigger items to complain about but I don't see why someone in a local office can't go through the guide weekly as a quality check to see if all is good. Seems like a no-brainer to me. |

Lebanon, PA | the guide info is not provided by comcast. it is handled by a 3rd. party, and can only include info, that the network provides.
comcast call centers, online chat staff will not be able to help you. |

There was a problem with the guide listings (The guide data incorrectly lists Anderson Cooper 360 at 1:00 am CT. It should be OutFront.) Ted was able to get it corrected within a week, but now it is wrong again.

19 - Local Origination/Educational
95 - Local Origination
906 - Help Channel for DTA
Now, I realize that the last 3 really don't have much programming to list but at least the channel location should be idenitifed with a label even if the listings are "To Be Announced". The real annoyance is 1218. |

| My local access channel doesn't have guide info either. I dont think many do. The channel would have to provide a schedule to comcast to put in the guide. So contact that channel so they can provide comcast with the info to put in the guide. |

| Either it is coincidence or someone who can get results read this but the NEWS12 HD guide info for channel 1218 is now present. I'm happy. |
