Showing $57 for high speed minus the $10 triple play discount for the net. Seems $5 higher than it used to be, IIRC.

There was a price increase back in November, I don't think it was as high as $5. The modem discount not showing on your bill is normal. It's worked into the price of the package now on the bill now.

Nice of Shaw to inform people...

Check your October bill. You were informed.

You must work for Shaw.

It doesn't matter if it's Shaw or any other company, it's the customer's responsibility to check the invoice. I always check mine front to back, check the previous invoice if need be, and if there still appears to be a billing error I'll call that provider. If they're unwilling to assist and I'm absolutely certain there's an error, that's when I tear them a new a-hole LOL

Well, was working out of town back then, so I just paid the bill via the bank where I was.

Just an FYI for all the folks here on the old 7.5 High Speed for $52... Shaw has the High Speed 10 mbps service for $45 now. $7 less, and 2.5 mbps more!

You have to call to get it changed. Do it. Now.
