| [TWC] New HDDVR Service Horrible Pixelation I live in the city of Buffalo and I've had digital cable for the past year in Lancaster and never had an issue, but I recently moved and got an hddvr box, now every 5 minutes or so there is horrible pixelation and slurred audio. Is this a box issue, a line issue, or other? It makes watching things in HD unbearable which defeats the purpose of having it. Should I try to work with customer service or are there some at-home remedies I can try first? |
