| [DSL] Upgraded dial-up to DSL and remaining balance not credited On December 12, 2011 I canceled my Dial-up and upgraded to DSL. I pre-paid for the year for dial-up. When I up-graded to DSL I still had 6 or 7 months of pre-paid credit left on my account, which they did not apply to my DSL service.
I contacted them several times on the phone about crediting my remaining balance to my DSL service. They said that they could not credit my dial-up balance to my DSL service.
According to their terms of service from their website (»www.dslextreme.com/termsconditions?i=2) Section 8, if I am in good standing and current they will apply any remaining account balance to my DSL service. |
