People have been whining about this on the AT&T forum for two months.
Even after the throttle, you can suck about 20GB of data thru the tiny pipe you get (24/7) - you just ain't gonna be watching netflix on it.
The "new math" is now $30 grandfathered for a couple gb (2.5GB seems to be the actual crossover point most people hit - possibly lower if you've consumed it in the first week of your month) full speed and the rest unlimited at 10KB or $30 for 3GB, $10/GB after metered, all full speed.
You decide what you need and get it.--
