Thanks for the reply.
I was checking because I no longer use ATT DSL, switched over to Comcast, but still use the Bellsouth/ATT/Yahoo email addresses.
Just checking to make sure they haven't cancelled my 3 BS/ATT/Yahoo email addresses.
Also I can't even get to the web based email logon page.
Way to go BS/ATT/Yahoo.

I started with this problem yesterday on one of my three accounts. Just spent the better part of about 2 hours trying to find anyone at AT&T that can help and apparently none of them "has access to my account" nor can they tell me who can help. That's why I dropped AT&T about a month ago and went with Comcast.
My business account is $50K a month and AT&T is about to lose that as well because I fear a problem will never get attention from customer service.
I get the impression from the previous posters that this is an AT&T issue and they apparently fixed it for them. Not sure if anyone contacted AT&T, but if anyone did, what phone number did they use? Every human I spoke with said they can't access a free account and they don't know who handles it. I have an old bellsouth.net email address. |
