 kes601 join:2007-04-14 Virginia Beach, VA | I think it has to do with the system still seeing an open order. I know when I ordered a DVR over the phone I could not do any changes online until that order finished out (which was 10 days after I actually activated the DVR).
Unfortunately I didn't make a record of the HBO order #, so I can't check the order status. |

Yep , Ive had the same experience online with any orders Ive placed. Usually takes around 3-5 business days to clear then I was able to use the online system again. |

| I have never been able to access the upgrade renewal center (I'm in VHO5). Been trying for months, on numerous occasions. Each time it asks me if I'll allow the system to access my records (kind of silly since that's what I'm there to do) and then it tells me to call the 800 number. A week or so ago it prompted me to create a password to access this feature (of course I already used a password to get into the my verizon site in the first place) and I thought this was progress. But same result. After all that it told me to call the 800 number. What is amazing to me is that there's a lot of tech minds working on the verizon networks, yet their my verizon site, the gateway if you will, is horrible. |
