Les Québécois Francophones ont la mauvaise habitude de switcher à l'anglais uniquement dès qu'il y a un anglophone dans le groupe... je trouverais dommage que ça arrive aussi dans un forum de discussion d'un fournisseur Internet qui a majoritairement des clients au Québec.
donc oui pour un forum bilingue... mais qu'il n'y en ait pas qui viennent me dire d'écrire en anglais car je vais me fâcher !
