| Firewall Hi every one how are you hope every one doing grate need little recommendation what every one else using for Firewall to protect your servers so outsider cant damage it much .. We have few server running voip and one of them hosting few small sites but we are having huge issue with hack attack etc

Honestly, any good NAT firewall is going to be better than what you have now. +1 on the Mikrotik solution mentioned by Rhaas.
Other good options (depending on your budget) might include, Cisco Pix (you can get these cheap used), Barracuda, or for free, several flavors of Linux or BSD based firewalls that will run on PC class hardware - many of these can be found as downloadable ISO's for free on the Internet.
