[CA] Signal levels near san diego - ultimate package

Hello
I have the ultimate package and am wondering if I should keep it or drop to ultimate

My speedtest.net is consistent at around 13.7Mbps download & 6.84 Mbps upload

How is my signal ?

Firmware Name: dpc3010-v302r12901-110516a-COX.bin
Firmware Build Time: May 16 2011 17:09:15
Cable Modem Status: Operational

Power Level: Signal to Noise Ratio:
Channel 1: -4.2 dBmV 38.5 dB
Channel 2: -2.3 dBmV 38.8 dB
Channel 3: -1.9 dBmV 38.5 dB
Channel 4: -2.2 dBmV 38.6 dB
Channel 5: -10.1 dBmV 37.3 dB
Channel 6: -9.1 dBmV 37.3 dB
Channel 7: -10.0 dBmV 36.9 dB
Channel 8: -10.0 dBmV 35.4 dB

Power Level:
Channel 1: 42.0 dBmV
Channel 2: 0.0 dBmV
Channel 3: 0.0 dBmV
Channel 4: 0.0 dBmV

I live in a large condo complex with old wiring and no control over anything in the building, would need to be something done by COX rather than the location

There anything that can be done or should I just lower my expectation and subscription?

The signal levels on one of the tuners is definitely out of specification. As for the wiring, with apartments often the wiring between our tap and your residence is owned by the management/HOA which can be difficult at times. If an issue were found there we would need their permission to service which they're often not eager to give.
