 | [modem/router] Home Office Mail I am having trouble receiving my emails from the home office in New Jersey. They are all saying it tells them my mailbox is full and that I can not receive any more messages. I have cleaned folders out and my old emails and when they have paperwork to send me I will get a call that it was returned because my mailbox is full. What else can I do to resolve this problem. It is quite frustrating, plus the fact they think that I do not know what I am doing. Any help I can get will be appreciated......thank you so very much! |

 | This can be a lot of things. I helped my mom with a similar problem when she could no longer receive email to Microsoft Outlook express. I logged on to her email account through the web interface on her ISP and noticed a very large email (and many others) that were not loading into Outlook Exp. I deleted the email through the web interface and restarted OE and all emails were then transfered.
Much of this depends on what email client you are using (if any), which ISP you are using, etc. |

 | I neglected to add that for my home setup, when I migrated to Win7 and reinstalled my Outlook email client, the default settings were set to not delete emails from the server when I deleted emails from the local store (i.e., local PST file). The setup I have downloads emails from Verizon ISP to a local PST where I read them. I had to manually set the client to delete from server when I delete email from local store, otherwise it remained on the server taking up space. |

 | reply to Lincoln If you are using a @verizon.net email address go to www.verizon.net and log in with your user id and password. You will get to see how much space you have left on the account.
You will see one option to empty, that will empty the verizon side inbox, then you need to empty the trash, because they will stay there for like 48hrs still leaving the account full.
Hope this helps |
