Please don't promise these people what you will never deliver...I spent 28 min on the phone today before I actually got someone to talk to. Two people hung up on me......I had to repeat my information 6 times and kept being sent around in a loop......Your directory assistance is a joke. I seldom need it, but when I do, I expect courtesy and the correct information......I have never experienced either...I think your Directory Assistance associates are home workers with a phone book. I am going to guess that since this post has to be "inspected" it will never be posted.....right?
