Plymouth, MI | Need a new remote My Atlas 1054 remote for SA8300HD DVR has been flaky. I tried replacing batteries and reprogramming, but some of the buttons don't register for programming. It's old; many of the button symbols have worn off and I would like a new remote. Do I need to call, or can I request a replacement online? Is it free? |

Naperville, IL | You can call them and they will send one to you free of charge. Also, if you prefer, you can pick one up at your local office. I am unsure of whether you can order it online, so I do not think you can. |
