We have seen many people in the past few years that have abused animals or humans have all of their personal info plastered all over the internet.
Take that girl who said something about Jesus was the reason the tsunami hit Japan (I think this was the disaster but might be wrong on that fact). Anyway all her info was posted all over the internet in a matter of hours and she quickly apologized but by then the internets was in full swing.
I'm pretty sure all the BBC had to do was put out a request like "Does anyone know how to contact this troll" and within hours they had his blood type, name, sperm count, shoe size, daily intake of calories and list of people he bought cola from in the last few months.
One thing I learned from watching the internet is you have no privacy and the days of posting anonymously are looooooong gone. |

That's from a BBC current affairs documentary programme called Panorama. To be honest it's often lowest common denominator sensationalism which I would normally try to avoid.  |

I agree, a troll, imho, is nothing more than a prankster. Manipulating people into clicking on links, or starting debates or makes people mad while looking innocent themselves, that kind of thing. That guy is just a coward.
